🚚 4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment or partial advance (for COD orders).

  • Payments are securely processed through trusted gateways such as Razorpay and Shopify Payments.

  • For COD orders, an advance amount (₹99 or as applicable) must be paid before dispatch. The balance is collected on delivery.

📦 5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines vary between 3–7 business days based on your location.

  • Any courier delay after dispatch is beyond our control.

🔄 6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products (stationery, tapes, and wraps), returns are not accepted once delivered.

  • Replacements are available only for damaged or wrong items, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds are processed only if a replacement is unavailable.

💬 7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
