🧧 Returns / Replacement
We only offer replacements in the following cases:

To be eligible for a replacement:

Share clear unboxing photos or videos showing the issue.

Our team will verify and arrange a replacement or credit coupon.
💸 Refunds

Refunds are only issued if the ordered item is out of stock or a replacement isn’t possible.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
🚫 No Return / No Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified after 2 hours of confirmation.

Products such as stickers, tapes, wrapping papers, and stationery are non-returnable due to hygiene and packaging reasons.
📦 Damaged During Delivery
If your package appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately.
