Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.

A small shipping fee of ₹49–₹89 is applied on orders below ₹499 depending on the weight and delivery location.
Cash on Delivery (COD) + Partial Payment

COD with Partial Payment is available for most pin codes in India.

You may be asked to pay a small advance payment (₹50–₹100) to confirm your COD order. The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use that link to check your order status anytime.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
We partner with reliable courier companies, but in rare cases, delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or logistics issues.
If your order is delayed for more than 10 days, please contact us at support@fikroo.com with your order ID — we’ll help you right away.
Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming the order.
If the courier marks your order as “undeliverable” due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept it and inform us immediately at support@fikroo.com or via Instagram @fikroostore
